Watts up?

Yesterday was Earth Day. The sun was shining, and the trees were soaking up the rays. It's a beautiful sight, but it's easy to forget the importance of Earth Day during the other 364 days of the year.

So what are you doing to save the world? Are you recycling? That's not good enough. Do you use energy-saving light bulbs? Try harder. Have you considered the amount of energy you waste by using Google? Stop. Think. Your Daily Click.

The idea is that your computer uses more energy to produce white on the screen than it does to produce black. So if you are a frequent "Google" user (and who isn't?) you're wasting a lot of energy. What are you waiting for? Grab some aerosol spray paint and tell the world about Blackle! Enjoy.
