Say goodbye to your phone book

Remember those days when you would need an address or a stock quote while you were out? You would either be forced to track down a phone book or fly to New York to look at the rolling stock tickers on Wall Street. Well those days are gone thanks to Your Daily Click.

You may be familiar with this relatively small site called Google and all of its wonder, but did you know that you can send Google text messages? It's a free service (though your carrier may charge you for receiving text messages).

Give it a try. Text the name of your favorite sports team to Google (466453) and it will send you the scores of the two recent games and the time and date of the next one. Text the movie you want to see and a ZIP code and you'll get showtimes in your cell phone's inbox. Text "capital of Indonesia" and it will send you the answer. That would be perfect if you're ever on "Millionaire" or something.

Convinced yet? It's Google Mobile. It's a calculator, currency converter, weatherman, language translator, air traffic controller and more. Enjoy.
