Show your true colors

"Artists can color the sky red because they know it's blue. Those of us who aren't artists must color things the way they really are or people might think we're stupid." - Jules Feiffer

My grandparents told me of a time long ago when television shows were only shown in black and white. Do you think that this was because nobody had invented colors yet? Unfortunately, my hours of research on the Internet did not reveal the origin of colors. (Granted, I did get sidetracked by some pretty colors in a flashing banner ad.)

In any case, we can't take colors for granted. You never know when our resources might be used up and we are forced to return to a monochromatic world. The horror. Get to know your colors with today's Your Daily Click. Enjoy.
