Dog eat dog

"Humor is a serious thing. I like to think of it as one of our greatest earliest natural resources, which must be preserved at all cost." - James Thurber

Don't you hate when you tell a joke and it is met by silence, thereby requiring you to have to explain the humor in it to the audience, after which the punchline is rendered unfunny? Well, such is the life of Brad Anderson, the cartoonist behind the comic strip Marmaduke.

I have all but given up on trying to decipher his comedy. Fortunately, today's Your Daily Click is a little more patient with Mr. Anderson. An oft-updated blog that digs a bit deeper into these daily drawings. Enjoy.
